Lack of clarity for 3G auction rules (politically and office driven rules) 4. Possible State Enterprise Organizations forming JV and becoming entrants in the auction, government competing alongside private companies. 5. Is it 3G or 3.9G auction; vendors are saying 3G government has put to the public 3.9G 6. Will the companies face problems as this ruling party government faces court standings and possible dissolution. 7. Will the future NBTC regulator change regulations which have been originated by the present NTC regulator.
